UNITED WOMEN FIREFIGHTERS TRAINING FITNESS JOURNAL/GUIDE
All Trainees receive a free fitness guide/journal upon membership, they are also for sale. Currently, we have partnered with the New York Sports Club (NYSC), the Fire Foundation and the New York Women's Foundation to deliver the best training program we've ever developed. All Trainees receive a free hand grip, they are also for sale. The hand gripp and other grip exercises, will help strengthen forearm muscles, which will help with handling some of the tools on the exam.
